When a name, phrase, word is 'purchased',  the purchaser is granted the right to submit advertisements (text link, bannar link, or page text description) which will then be published on this website.
    The name / phrase / word, means a country name, state name, province name, region name, city name, town name, river name, building name, square name, river name, hill or mountain name, event name, any thing name or word or phrase, any popular word or phrase,  even any word / name / phrase created by you - purchaser. And also we have the right to reject any name / word / phrase if "Negative".
    All above marked name or similar name, we can called it "Country image keyword" or "Country image word" or "Region image word" etc.
2, Full payment will be made (in one time) in 3 days after we have displayed your advertisement link. We will remove your advertising content / link if no payment in 3 days. Once payment made, refund will not be done under any circumstance.
3, When you purchase advertising link on this website, you do not 'own' any part of this website.
4, There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance or upgrades or other reason, however should there be downtime for the previously mentioned reasons, we will do our best to keep this to an absolute minimum.  In any case, we cannot be held responsible for any downtime.
5, Once you submitted your content which you wish to associate with your advertise, such as text,  banner, images and the URL to their website, then the content is final. If necessary such as legal implications, we may make a change. We make the ultimate decision whether a change is necessary / legitimate and will be processed, as well as reserves the right to reject any change  requests / content.
6, Any form of "Negative" content (text link, and linked URL / website) as the following cannot be published in this website: 
     Abuse and abusive language .
     Racist , derogatory , obloquy content against someone , nations , ethnic groups , religions .
     Insulting a commercial brand , someone , nations , ethnic groups , religions .
     Adult content.
     Obscene and offensive.
     Illegal material / content.
7, If any "Negative" content, we reserve the right, to change and / or remove your advertising content including both text and links without prior notice, either before or after the respective content has been published.
    We ultimately have the final decision as to what is appropriate for this website, what is "Negative" for your AD text and your website content. If any of the content you submited for your advertising is "Negative", including your linked website, then we will remove it without prior notice at no refund. 
    If so, you have an opportunity to provide an alternative.
    If your website is not existed, and if you want to remove your link on this website, we will do it but no refund, but alternative availalbe..
8, For political reason, or any other reasons, if the purchased name, text, phrase, word is not available or changed, then the link at the same place without changes, but we will arrange other name, text, phrase, word or your business name instead of it.
9, When an advertisement is temporarily disabled, such as not be viewable on this website, please e-mail us, then we do our best earlier.
10, You must have the authority to provide all images and links for the website submitted. We reserve right to change your link and images if necessary. And also we reserve the rights to reject any name / phrase / keyword in any case.
11, We reserve the right to ammend and change these Terms and Conditions.
12, No refund under any circumstance.
13, All disputes are practical laws of China. The contract will be governed by the laws of China and you must agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts in Chengdu China
